Replacement insert for eBay 18650 aluminium housing bank

I purchased a few of the cheap 18650 USB aluminium extrusions banks (see image above), unfortunately they do not fit 18650's that have protection circuit build in... so I created one and added a different charge/output option...

These are so inexpensive it's worth grabbing a few as they come in very handy for general testing.
