22LR CCI ammo lifter - V5

This is a better version of failed V3.
Added ridge and stop blocks so the springs do not pop out.
made the latch thicker.
made the pivot hole 2mm.
added ridge for the last row of rounds next to the latch.
added extra spring hole.
connected permanent hooks to the outer ridge for added strength.
V5.1 lid has a 0.5mm wider gap in the hook to accomodate for overextrusion.
