This is a ladder which is part of my Necromunda terrain collection. It was designed to be cut from a mix of 3mm and 4mm material and has been converted to 3mm. Pictures are of the 3+4mm version.

This ladder type is designed to fit the octagonal structures that have cut-outs in the floor plates. The hooks on the top go over the railing part next to the corner supports. On my terrain it's one level high.
