Krups grinder portafiller funnel

This replaces the hopper for a Krups grinder so grinds go directly into a portafiller, designed for the 58mm portafiller of a gaggia baby twin. I reworked the thingiverse krups lid (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:71360) adding a deflector so the the more sticky/oily grinds tend to drop through the funnel hole rather than build up.
