Ledlenser XEO-19R accessory mount adapter

Allows you to mount your XEO-19R headlamp and battery to anything you can imagine. Using https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:123878 it is trivial to think up some ways to mount the headlamp to anywhere you'd like. I have not tried yet but I think it also works with ledlenser h14.
