The fan fits great and the door clears, and the extruder cable-holder not to hit it.

Modified RAMPS 1.4 LCD PCB to fit Prusa i3 MK3 Cover Base and Door.

Use the 24V 40mm x 40mm Fan connect to RAMPS 1.4 12V-AUX Pin.
That's as quiet as the Noctua NF-A4x10 fan.
