Sand Smoother for Deluxe Pit & Pendulum

A friend of mine has a Pit and Pendulum sand sculpture (you can see what I'm referring to here: https://www.thegreenhead.com/2011/02/pit-pendulum-chrome.php) and the manufacturer just provides a split piece of tube to slip over the pendulum to use to redistribute and freshen the sand. It works OK but not great.

He asked if I could make something custom and this is the result. It works great. I don't have any photos of it but this just slips over the pendulum and has a face that matches the co
