Prusa MK2 / MK3 Simple Filament Guide

I found that if the opening for a filament guide is on the side or the front of the guide, it will often catch the filament due to lateral print head movement. By relocating the filament entrance to the rear, through a custom channel, the filament no longer catches or 'clicks' as it move around during printing. The opening is snug for 1.75mm filament, and the filament favors the front of the ring during movement, so this should resolve any issues with the original design.
