Split/Adjustable V Belt Pulley

This is a split/adjustable V Belt pulley I came up with trying to find a solution to attach a fixed motor to a pulley.

Split - it can be assembled under tension so as to not require a tensioner or adjustable motor mounts (my motor was fixed)

Adjustable - shim's (or washers) can be added in-between the halves to change the OD of the pulley, the smaller pulley shown doesn't have much adjustment but a larger pulley I originally drew up had ~9mm
