Anet A8 Adjustable Z Axis Top Plates for Anti Bind & Alignment

I made these because the Z axis bearing guide rods (smooth rods) are not aligned correctly and the more you stiffen the frame the more likely things will bind.
These require 4 x 20mm M4 bolts to adjust the alignment.
The parts should fit together straight off the printer other than the holes for the bearing guide rods that are intentionally slightly undersize so that you can enlarge for a perfect fit on the rods.
They are all labelled for the correct location. The top plates are identical but
