I designed this lipo protector for my DIY 140 mm quad (soon on Thingiverse). it is suitable for small lipos like the tattu 3s 450 mah 45 C (max size 30.5 x 55 mm) and many other batteries.

The holes enable the air flow to cool the battery during flight.
I printed it with TPU which is a flexible and very durable material. (weight approx. 4g)
You can try other materials, too.
