Balancier Lower

I love the Balancier made by Big-E. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:123557 but I wanted to try my hand and making a lower that would be printable as a whole and without supports. With this lower you only need to print the cup, spoon, this lower and only glue the lower to the cup.
