ESP8266 Matrix Display Case

I needed a simple case to house a MAX7219 panel and an ESP8266 (NodeMCU 1.0 - CP2102) for a project at our local maker space. Minimal soldering, some simple wiring, and I wrote a sketch that uses an NTP server then displays the time, date and a user defined custom message.

Powered off any USB port or cellphone wall adapter.
