Boveda pack hanger for recharging - Improved hangar

I was not happy with the complexity of getting the Boveda pack to stay in place while securing the clip. This re-design has a "drop in" clip with a locking mechanism for retention. I also modified the hanger portion to allow placing a hanger on the rail without having to remove the rail from the contained. A new rail is also included. You will need 2 rails.
