This is a lightsaber of my own design. It includes a hand guard, and visible Kyber crystal.

This prop can be printed with almost no support. The guard will need some support on the inside of the circles. You can also assemble this without the guard, making it support free.
I've included an stl of all the parts pre-arranged, as well as stl's for each individual part.

Edit: I had to make a small change to the guard, as I'm a bit dense and didn't realize that it couldn't slide on properly d
