Toyota Prius Axle Shaft Seal Installation Tools

These simple parts allow the axle seals on a Gen-2 Prius (2004-2009) to be installed to proper depth (2.7mm). Additionally, after pushing in the seals, they serve as covers to protect the seal and opening during reassembly. I made these when I swapped out the transmission in my car. Note, there is a left (driver side) and right (passenger) part. They are not quite the same size
