chimera+ mount for cr-10 with 40mm part cooling fan

I am designing a chimera+ mount for my creality cr-10.

My attempt is to design a mount which does not reduce the print volume (and prints with minimal support with my old, one extruder only, setup). Probably 1-2cm z-hight is lost, but at least x and y should be presumed, for BOTH nozzles.
Furthermore the leveling screws at the side of the heatsink must not to be blocked.
I want to use a 40mm Noctua fans, as they are not as noisy as many other available fans. The part cooling is done from
