Wrapping Paper Cutter

Update: I ended up cutting a shop razor with a dremel and heated it up so that it would settle into the groove. Unfortunately the razor wasn't sharp enough at a wedge to bit into the paper and cut. Also found the first size was too small. Increased size to 3 1/2 inches and will cut an exacto blade and try to settle in the cut tip into the groove and see if that cuts better.
