Fabric Skinned Wind Turbine

Wind turbine made to use rods as the main structure element of the blade, to which spars are attached. Fabric is then glued or riveted to the spars in order to form the actual airfoil that catches the wind. This should make it relatively lightweight and easy to spin.

Model is intended to be sized to use 1/4" rods 18" long. Should be possible to scale up/down to use other sizes.

Right now I've just got some basic hubs, but more is to come later. Thus the WIP status.
