PLA reel stand

Scalable universal stand for anything on a reel. I use this to dispense PLA to my 3d printer but it could be used for anything on a reel. The reels I am using are recycled electrical cable reels and are 280mm diameter with a 98mm hole, these are very common in these parts and freely available. The whole construction is very much like the mendel prusa frame so is made from 8mm threaded rod, nuts and washers.
