Go Pro mount for Prusa i3 Y-Frames

This is a GoPro (or compatible action cam) mount for a Prusa i3 style printer with 8mm threaded rods.
It enables me to view the print in progress.
There are two parts to the object:
1) The mount which squeezes onto the threaded rods of the Y-Frame.
2) The piece which mates with the GoPro mounting hardware.
To join them together you need 2 M3x10mm machine screws and two M3 nuts. Self-locking nuts won't fit in the small gap on one side of the mount.
