Soffit Drain Flange for 1/2 Schd 40 PVC Pipe

Custom drain flange designed and made to run a line from a portable A/C unit out my house's soffit. Mounts directly to 1/2" schedule 40 PVC pipe, drill a hole for one side and mount with #8 or #10 screws (watch the torque).
