Vise Remix - Higher tolerances, Flat-printing Screw

This remix of the vise model by draxialle has a couple changes:

- Cylinders have a flat bottom, so you don't need to print with supports
- The "claw part 3" parts have increased tolerances for the grooves, since I found on my CR-10S it was too tight originally

(previously required 10x upscale on the new parts, dimensions are now fixed)
