One Hand Book Holder - Large

This is just a simple remake of the one hand book holder that was previously posted here. Although the previous version worked well for my wife's sized thumb and small books, the one I printed it out but it was far too small for my thumb and didn't hold the pages as far apart as I liked. I made the hole larger for a mans sized thumb and a bit longer to hold the pages further apart.
