Remix of Air propelled Car axles (not requiring support)

**Remix of "Air propelled Car with tapered axles" by benstoltz.**

I needed to produce a large number of axles for a friend, however the removal of the supports was laborious and provided a poor quality finish.

That's why I have decided to add an angle on the axle of benstoltz, in order to be able to print it without support but only with the use of a brim raft (much easier to remove).
