I am currently taking a digital fabrication and design class at UW Milwaukee and for our second project we designed and created an electronic wearable.
This is a DC motor powered wearable Thaumatrope. The project is composed of 3-D prints, vinyl tubing, and electronics including a DC motor and a push button switch.
