CO2 Rocket

This is a rocket that uses a 12 gram CO2 canister meant for BB guns to propel itself about 50 feet in the air. We used this PVC pipe with a nail in the bottom to puncture the seal at the bottom of the canister. The pressure released from the compressed canister launched out the rocket. The launcher is easy to build. We just used a piece of wood with a nail in it. It is important that the nail is centered and sharp. To launch the rocket, put a co2 canister in the rocket and put the nose cone on.
