Sparky SP43 Drill Stand upgrade

I found on the back of my garage a drill stand Sparky SP43 in a garbage condition:
Corrosion, several Screws and handles are missing...
I'm often making PCBs, so it should be a nice tool to drill small holes, so I've ordered on AliExpress a coordinate table and was going to use it with this Drill Stand.
Once everything was in one place I was really disappointed - the mounting holes were different. But... I have 3D printer, so I've spent 30 minutes to make a simple converter.
