This is a model I made in Fusion 360 of a Stihl chainsaw engine block I think the model is 066 or 064. I made the real one into a pen holder and thought it might be cool to have a nice clean plastic one.

I have not printed this model yet but Im thinking it will be best to print in two halves. I have also attached a model of one of the halves with a cut away so you can see the cross section. It may or may not be useful for a pen holder then. I thought if you want to print it just as a model t
