Wanhao Duplicator 7 Build Plate Goodies

Two annoying things addressed by these parts:
1. *Resin accumulated above the build plate* - this is solved by a **cover** that embraces the bracket holding the build plate. The bracket is entirely inside so that no resin will get to the fixing screws and the holes in the bracket. There is some additional displacement of the resin, which you have to pay attention to when filling the vat, and may require some time before print. The holes to fix the whole assembly (build plate + cover + bracket)
