v6 adapter for anycubic kossel

just a slightly re-worked adapter that seemed to work for my v6 clone. its mainly getting the center hole size just right. reworked from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2449797

this goes inside the metal cage above the nozzle, and the horseshoe metal clip goes just below into the nozzle circle. the screws go in through the top, through the adapter, and into the horseshoe cage.

best to put adapter in first as its hard to get it all to fit. and without heatblock. the tricky part is tight
