CR10 and CR10S - Cable Holder

I've remixed @RaffoSan work (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2600045) because I've swapped the stock feeder for a Bondtech extruder and I was not able to mount his designed part on my CR10S.

So I invest some time to remove some parts in order to build upside down on the feeder top plate.
