Remove your stock Honda radio.
Use the brackets from your stock radio to attach your Double Din sized radio.
Hopefully you are installing a Android Radio like from Car Joying. etc.
Now when putting the center dash back together simply slide this over your new stereo first.
Bam... perfect fit.
