Tried to make a Flail / MorningStar.

I sliced it with Simplify3D
Everything was printed in 0.20 (infill 100%)
except for...
Shaft 0.24 (infill 10%)
Sphere 0.24 (infill 100%)

You need to print:

2x Spheres (Outline/Perimiter Shells 4-5 min)
18x Spikes
1x the rest

The "Sphere centering ring" is optional, I just found it easier when glueing the Sphere halves together.

The Chain is not mine, its from "Chain Generator" here on Thingiverse
