Greg's Hinged Accessible Extruder With Extrusion Base Mount Designed for Bowden

I have been using a Greg's Wade extruder on my printer for over 3 years. I wanted to design a base mount that could work with 1515 and 2020 extrusions for delta printers. I liked Joachim Sturm's updates to the motor mount screws so I started wit his, and added a Bowed_mount hotend type and customized the Base. I'm not sure if any of the other mounts will work now.

I ahve included all of the scad files you would need to customize this. I may go in and clean up the code, but not likely ;)
