M-Wave bike topcase fastening hook

One of the best-selling and popular topcases for bikers is the "M-Wave" brand, also sold under several other names like "Point". It is being held shut with clamps that can snap and break if your bike is falling down (e.g. someone pushes it over). Here is a replacement part for this clamp.
