Shimano XT 11Speed 11-50T upgrade

With this parts, you can mount a 11-50t Cassette on a one by eleven drivetrain with an XT dearailleur.

In the 7mm holes, you have to cut a M8x1 threat.
Than put in a insert nut with M8x1 outside and M5 inside

Also You have to cut a M3 threat in the little holes.

Use a M3 Screw with countersunk head and 25mm lenght to fix the inner-plate with the outerplatte.
