This solved 2 of my problems. To act as a spacer between the fan and the heatsink and to mount my LJ12A3-4-Z/BX inductive sensor for bed leveling.
I used https://youtu.be/G-TwWfUzXpc for help in setting up auto bed leveling.

#define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 // Z offset: -below +above [the nozzle]
(!!!modify Z offset based on your mounting height!!!)

1.5mm resolution
35% cross infill (add more for extra strength)
