TTGO Lora ESP32 V1 Box

First attempt at an enclosure. Lid snaps on, this should fit a TTGO Lora ESP32 V1 card, alone. Board is held in place via pins, whole design is screw-less.

Will improve it with reset button access.

Now has an OLED top and pins in bottom are re-designed to use the corner holes in the PCB.
