Barco CRT projector keypad joystick fix

Barco CRT projectors are totally insane machines, but many of the older ones have a flaw where the joystick in the keypad gets worn out and become hard to press. The newer CRT projectors use a directional pad instead. This is for the older ones. I haven't printed this yet, but I will print it out and test it out on my Barco Data 701s and my Barco Graphics 808s, as well as on the IR remote. Currently WIP due to being untested.
