Wanhao I3 Direct Drive E3D v6 Zero Offset

Remixed to have the zero offset, but with direct drive. I haven't printed this yet. I deigned it for an emergency situation where I needed to print using an E3D V6 hotend, while awaiting additional nozzles, and will be printing it today.

I updated the source and stl as I found there were two holes for mounting the stepper motor that were not aligned properly.
