Geeetech i3 bowden extruder and hotend support with 40x40 cooling fan

Here is a version of the poorman's hotend support with the support for the original 40x40mm cooling fan from Geeetech...
The assembled 3d explains how all goes together, althought it is very simple...
There is also a plate to convert the standard Geeetech extruder into a bowden one.
Apart from printed parts, the needed parts for the modification are 5 pcs of large 6mm washers, 4 pcs of small 6mm washers, 3 pcs M6 nuts and 2 pcs M6 air tube fittings for the bowden tube.
