Z limit adjuster for CR-10S w/E3D volcano

With the E3D volcano installed on the CR-10S, the Z limit needs to be raised. This piece attaches (just clips on) to the CR-10 cross piece above the Z limit switch; when installed it triggers about 6mm sooner so that the volcano hot end doesn't impact the build plate.
