Parametric cable gland (fitting) with metal set screw & nut

This is version 2 of my cable gland. The previous version (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2931587) included a 3D printed set screw, but the problem was that small 3d printed screws may be flimsy and break easily, limiting the tightening torque that can be applied. For that reason, this version uses a regular metallic M3 screw and nut as a set screw to secure the cable.
