BRZ Limited Instrument Cluster Bezel

Looking to design a gauge pod that fits on the right side of the instrument cluster. Took a 3d scan using a Kinect I had lying around. The scan turned out less than ideal. Imported into solidworks and solidworks would not turn this .stl into a useable surface I could use for modeling purposes.
