Fan nozzle for Volcano Mod for Prusa i3 mk3

I have remixed the original Prusa i3 mk3 print fan nozzle to accommodate the extra length of the e3d Volcano. I've been using it for about a week and it works quite nicely. I printed it using Colorfabb ngen Orange which matched the Prusa orange exactly, 0.3mm layer height.

I stretched the mounting point up 8mm and added a small reinforcement to the mounting lug (my stock nozzle broke at this point). This one does not rattle as much as the stock nozzle.
