Designed this bed riser in order to raise a bed by 2 inches for a storage box to fit underneath. Bed support rails had casters so I designed the block to have the casters set in a cylindrical groove. This way the caster can't roll off. Casters are 2 inch diameter and 2.25 inch length.
The STL can be scaled to suit different sizes. I used 20% infill for the cross-hatching inside to be strong enough to support the weigh of an occupied bed. This can be adjusted to suit your purpose. I used a
