Battery vial with screw cap V2 (AAA, AA, C, D, 18650)

This is an entirely new version of my previous design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2501084) with the following enhancements:

* The cap is now the same diameter as the main tube, making it a bit easier for carrying it in a pocket without the cap coming off.
* This design uses trapezoidal threads rather than standard metric ISO threads. Not only are those easier for printing (even in ABS), but there is less weakening of the part in the grooves, allowing for thinner walls.
