Palette v2 Scroll wheel for Prusa i3 MK3

I wanted a way to attach my Palette+ scroll wheel to my MK3 without having to use the Velcro. After looking at all of the designs, and even trying one that didn't work, I decided to make one. I was already using Solid_Alexei's filament guide so I knew that bracket would fit. The two designs were resized and combined in Meshmixer.
