Hello,
I bought a hose reel holder from Bricoman in italy a year ago and the connection between the handle and the spool shaft broke off. The reel holder is good quality, but I need to use a longer hose than recommended and I suppose this is the reason for the failure.
The reel-holder is made by Ipierre garden and it is this model:

The assembly requires a nut from this wonderful thing that I keep on us
